Our Story



LEROY FRAZIER
Mr. Leroy Frazier served in the United States Army leading soldiers and caring for their families at every rank. As an Operations, Non-Commissioned Officer, he over saw a mirid of projects from concept to completion. He retired as a First Sargeant after 21 years of service. Mr. Frazier has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management. Mr. Frazier has over 25 years in property management, purchasing and managing properties under his brand The Frazier Group. He began his property management by leasing his first home when reassigned to a new duty station. Mr. Frazier trained as a property manager.
He used the equity from the initial rental property to become an investor, purchasing additional properties and building his management portfolio: a duplex, 5 condominiums, 2 additional single-family homes, and an apartment. He later trained as a licensed Realtor. As a real estate agent, he assisted buyers and sellers in coming to agreement for real estate transactions.
Mr. Frazier has gained invaluable insight in the art and skills required to negotiate the purchase and sell of real estate, and the purchase and tenant lease management of investment property. Mr. Frazier understands the intricate details of financing and closing on complex real estate deals.
DR. SHIRLEY (SHERYL) FRAZIER
Dr. Shirley (Sheryl) Frazier started her career by enlisting in the United States Army where she served for 8 years.
Dr. Frazier holds a PhD in Business Administration with a with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.Has an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Frazier has a legacy of working with cities and counties to develop homeownership programs, transportation programs, and grants to fund demolition and development programs. Throughout her career Dr. Frazier has provided exemplary leadership in developing programs to assist low to moderate income families in their efforts to become self-sufficient through homeownership. Dr. Frazier has also owned several businesses and has mentored other entrepreneurs.
